Nature’s Ballet

For some reason, this image reminds me of watching a ballet. I think it is the gracefulness of the trees. Shot in the Bieszczady National Park in Poland these birch forest stretch for miles across the borders with Ukraine and Slovakia. With a covering of snow like this all noise is muffled out and they become eerily quiet. The mountains here are incredibly beautiful and you quite often come across bear and wolf tracks in the snow.
